First Business Bank Welcomes Nick Schmidt To Northeast WIsconsin Advisory board of Directors

APPLETON, WI – MARCH 12, 2019 – First Business Bank, part of the First Business Financial Services, Inc. family of companies, today announces Nick Schmidt has joined its Northeast Wisconsin Market Advisory Board of Directors.

As a commercial real estate advisor at NAI Pfefferle in the Fox Valley area, Nick Schmidt will provide insight to help First Business serve commercial real estate clients in Northeast Wisconsin. Nick focuses on retail, vacant land, and investment property sales and development. Nick has been involved in the sale, purchase, and development of numerous retail centers and multi-tenant storage complexes, and has worked with Alltel Wireless, Edward Jones, Subway, US Venture, Goodwill, and many other local and regional tenants.

Prior to joining the NAI Pfefferle team, Nick served as an escrow officer in the closing department of a local title company. This experience provided him with great exposure to many local lenders and real estate professionals, and an inside look at the title side of a real estate transaction.

A lifelong Fox Valley area resident, Nick received a bachelor’s degree from St. Norbert College. He and his wife recently welcomed a son into their family.
