MADISON, WI, – Sept. 13, 2013 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – First Business Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: FBIZ) announced its board of directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.14 per share. The 2013 annualized dividend amount is $0.56 per share. The cash dividend is payable on October 15, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 1, 2013.
