Dan Ovokaitys Joins First Business Financial Services Inc.

MADISON, WI, – Aug. 21, 2014 – First Business Financial Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: FBIZ) announced today that Dan Ovokaitys has been hired as the Chief Information Officer. Dan joins First Business with over 23 years of experience in Information Technology leadership.

He previously worked at Merz Pharmaceuticals, as the Head of Corporate IT for the company’s North and South America subsidiaries. Dan has also held IT leadership positions for Aurora Health Care, the American Transmission Company (ATC), and the Wisconsin Center District (WCD).

Dan is active in the community, volunteering his time to CrossPoint Community Church in Oconomowoc, WI.

Dan is originally from Milwaukee, and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business and Computer Systems from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE).
