2016 Waukesha County Executive Award Winners
BROOKFIELD, WI, – Sept. 8, 2016 – The awards will be presented at a luncheon at the Milwaukee Marriott West in Waukesha on November 2, 2016. Each winner will be featured in their own video highlighting their ingenuity, drive and dedication to the County; on the County website; and on Waukesha County’s social media pages. In addition, winners in the non-profit categories will receive monetary grants to aid them in their individual missions.
- 2016 CHAMPION OF THE COUNTY – Peter Sheild, DDS New this year, the Champion of the County Award will recognize an individual whose efforts promote and improve the quality of life in Waukesha County.
- 2016 BUSINESS OF THE YEAR – First Business Bank This award will recognize an organization that ensures Waukesha County’s success through employee and community engagement.
- 2016 LARGE NON-PROFIT OF THE YEAR – Addiction Resource Council, Inc. This award recognizes an established Waukesha County non-profit organization that improves individual lives and the community at large through a range of social and civic endeavors. This organization must have an annual operation budget above $500,000.
- 2016 SMALL NON-PROFIT OF THE YEAR – Healing Hearts of Waukesha County, Inc. This award recognizes Waukesha County non-profit organizations that serve their communities and achieve their missions through innovative work that improves individual lives and the community at large through a range of social and civic endeavors. This organization must have an annual operation budget below $500,000.
